An attacker uses a deepfake audio clone of a CFO's voice to bypass a voice-based MFA challenge for a wire transfer authorization. The attack succeeds because the organization relied on voice biometrics alone. Defense: add a second phishing-resistant factor (FIDO2) alongside biometrics.
